Med shipping switches ports on Asia/Mediterranean service

Geneva-based Mediterranean Shipping Co. has replaced calls at Izmir and Mersin, Turkey with new calls at Thessaloniki and Piraeus, Greece, on its weekly Asia/Mediterranean "Tiger service". The "MSC Tina", the first ship to follow the revised port rotation, will arrive in Thessaloniki and Piraeus on 12nd and 14th of February respectively. The " Tiger service" uses eight ships of about 2,500 TEUs, and has a revised port rotation of Shanghai, Ningbo, Hong Kong, Chiwan, Singapore, Istambul, Constanta, Gemlik, Istanbul, Thessaloniki, Piraeus, Jeddah, Singapore, Shanghai, Ningbo, Chiwan, and Hong Kong.
